Elizabeth Cheek
Elizabeth graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2020 with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught fifth grade for a year in Abilene. She met her husband, Carson, at ACU, and they got married in September of 2021. They moved to Austin, and Elizabeth taught third grade for three years. When her husband decided to go back to school to get his MBA, Elizabeth decided to take a break from teaching and joined the PRCC staff in July of 2024 as an administrative assistant for communications and social media! Elizabeth and Carson are both originally from the DFW area, so they were excited to move back home closer to family and friends. In her free time, Elizabeth loves to watch movies (with popcorn and m&m’s of course), eat good Mexican food, and go shopping with her mom.
