Rita Cole
Rita joined Preston Road as an administrative assistant in 2023 to work with the church database including guests, new members and member care. Prior to joining PRCC, she coordinated workshops, conferences and promotional engagements and served as executive assistant for a best-selling author. She has also served as Executive Assistant and office manager for an engineering firm. However, her favorite work was coordinating events and activities, and serving in executive roles with non-profit organizations.
Rita, born and raised in Michigan, attended ACU for what she thought would be one semester to check her “lived in Texas box,” but fell in love with the school and the people, and graduated from ACU with a Marketing degree. She met her husband Steve Cole at ACU, and other than a short 5 years in California, they have lived in Dallas since graduating from ACU. They have two children, Mitchell married to Sarah, and daughter, Rachel, married to Aaron Henderson. Most importantly, they have one grandson, Ryan, who Rita loves to spoil! Rita loves to travel and loves attending any music concert, theater production, sporting or fun event. She and Steve have been members at Preston Road since 2013.
